The Peninsula Co. Development is pleased to be converting this iconic space to a mixed use office/warehouse flex space. 

We are pleased to be facilitating the development and construction of this beautiful 24-room boutique hotel in 

Old VIllage, Mt Pleasant. 

The Peninsula Co. Development is launching Getaway Garage in late 2025. A Luxury Garage Suite Condo community that specializes in high-end vehicle/toy storage and customized spaces for owners. Units still available.

Since 1896, this iconic location in Old Village has served as the neighborhood hub in its many interactions. We are pleased to have played a part in facilitating the purchase and future of this standard in Old VIllage. Bringing the right people together at the right time is just one of our talents.

The Peninsula Co. Development acquired the property in 2020 and leased it back, partnering with Home Team BBQ for their latest location in rapidly growing North Mt. Pleasant. 

The Peninsula Co. Development, in partnership with McAlister Development, 2.3 acres of rare real estate in downtown Charleston in 2015. This entitled property was the site of the original Piggly Wiggly/Bi-Lo. We handled the exit of the long-term tenant and sold to Greystar Real Estate Partners in June 2018.

The Peninsula Co. Development worked with long time partner Home Team BBQ on Lauren's Rd just outside Greenville.. This location opened in 2021 and anchors the Holland Park development off the 

Swamp Rabbit trail.

Facilitating the acquisition of the property and now a residential development in the Grand Tetons, we look forward to the many partners that will be pleased with the process and the finished product.
