Since 1896, this iconic location in Old Village has served as the neighborhood hub in its many iterations. We are pleased to have played a part in facilitating the purchase and future of this standard in Old VIllage. Bringing the right people together at the right time is just one of our talents.
The Peninsula Co. Development acquired the property in 2020 and leased it back, partnering with Home Team BBQ for their latest location in rapidly growing North Mt. Pleasant.
In Teton Valley, between Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee Resort, phase one consists of 116 acres of residential development and infrastructure. We look forward to this truly unique valley with every amenity in what’s known as “The West's Last Stand”.
The Peninsula Co. Development, in partnership with McAlister Development, 2.3 acres of rare real estate in downtown Charleston in 2015. This entitled property was the site of the original Piggly Wiggly/Bi-Lo. We handled the exit of the long-term tenant and sold to Greystar Real Estate Partners in June 2018.
